It is a perfect place to stay when traveling with your family, as villa accommodates up to 10 adults and 2 children. Villas perfectly stands within easy reach of taverns, shops and a nice beach. Interiors feature traditional village style with whitewashed walls, wooden furniture, beamed ceilings, equipped with air-conditioning, heating units.
This villa measures about 170 sq. m. and comprises of 2 levels, fully furnished and modernly equipped to guarantee privacy and seclusion.
At guests’ service, there is a large living room with a fireplace and cozy sitting area. Sofa could be used an extra sleeping place. For guests’ entertainment, there are TV’s, satellite channels and internet access. Separate kitchen has full set of appliances and crockery you may need when cooking – fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, coffeemaker, kettle and other necessary items.
Villa offers 5 bedrooms: 2 double, 1 twin and 2 double bedrooms with extra sofa bed. Each bedroom has an air-conditioning unit, TV. One of the rooms comes with a private lounge with sofa (convertible into a double bed) and fireplace. Guests share 3 bathrooms, which have both tub and shower. One of the bathrooms also contains a washing machine.
Villa is surrounded by a fruit and olive garden, where you can enjoy peaches, lemons, pears and figs, vegetables. In addition, there is a private swimming pool with 8 sunbeds and covered hot tub – perfect for refreshing dip while hot summer day. In the garden, there is plenty of space for kids to play, while parents can prepare delicious barbeque dinner and gather up all together.
