The main middle level includes a living room, dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen. In the living room there is a sitting corner with fireplace. For entertainment, there is WIFI internet available, LCD TV and CD/DVD player. The kitchen has spacious dining table and all necessary cooking tools and appliances you may need . The main dining area offers a large monastery style table and benches, suitable for 12. Same level has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
The ground level contains 1 bedroom (double bed and a sitting area sofa) and a self-contained studio with en-suite bathroom. Studio sleeps 2 adults and 2 children. On this level there is also a home fitness center (treadmill, abdominal bench and a multi fitness) and an entertainment area with a TV, DVD player and sound system.
The upper level includes 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom with two single beds and a sofa (converts into a bed). This floor is served by its own bathroom.
The kitchen and living room have direct access to a lovely terrace of 40 sq. m. that overlooks the garden and the sea. The terrace is great for alfresco dining and barbecue grill. Moreover, the 2000 sq. m. garden is complemented with a private swimming pool (4,5 x 9 m) with spacious deck.
