Constructed of stone and with many wooden elements, villa looks very modern, equipped at highest standards and tastefully furnished. Air-conditioning and CCTV systems installed for most convenience. Car is necessary when staying – nearest beach and facilities are approximately 10 minutes away.
Very spacious, this villa measures about 250 sq. m. and is suitable for an extended family. Villa also welcomes events up to 30 guests.
On the ground floor, there are two elegant sitting areas, a kitchen, dining area and a WC. Main lounge has a fireplace, cozy sofas and all you need for entertainment – LCD TV, DVD, stereo system. WIFI internet access provided throughout the house. Kitchen comes fully equipped with all you may need – fridge, oven, hob, espresso coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, set of crockery and cutlery. Large dining table sits 6. In the guest WC there is also laundry equipment available.
Wooden staircase leads up to the first floor, which contains all three bedrooms. Master bedroom has a large double bed and ensuite bathroom (walk-in shower). Two guest rooms (with twin and double beds accordingly) share 1 bathroom with tub and SPA area. All rooms have ample storage space, two of them feature private balconies.
The outdoor space is no less impressive and is perfect for relaxation any time of the day. At guests’ disposal, there is a large swimming pool (32 sq. m.) and barbeque area with oven and all accessories provided for you to prepare delicious alfresco dinners.
