Available for rent a huge modern villa, located in the eastern part of sunny Rhodes island. With its superb location, villa guarantees amazing vacations – it is less than 3 minutes away by car from the beach and also, there is a costal town with plenty of shops, cafes and taverns. Moreover, a true gem of the island – Acropolis of Lindos is easily accessible (4 km). Villa stands on a large fully fenced plot, complemented with spacious green lawn and a private swimming pool with big terrace around - great place for those, who wish to spend their relaxing vacations in Greece.
The villa comprises of 2 units – main building and a separate stone-built apartment, accommodating up to 16 guests. Very bright interiors are tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable, featuring air conditioning and WIFI. There is a big fully equipped kitchen in the villa, cozy sitting area with a fireplace and dining zone.
At guests’ service, there are 7 bedrooms, five of which are furnished with twin beds and the other two rooms come with 3 single beds. Bedrooms offer ensuite bathrooms (equipped with shower or tub). Also, there is a washing machine and ironing set to take care of clothes. Besides, most of the bedrooms have a private kitchenette.
In addition, the villa also offers a built BBQ and a covered outdoor terrace with a large dining table perfect for gatherings with friends and family.
