Villa stands on large private grounds, within semi-private road leading to the beach. Nearest village with shops, tavern is approximately 800 m away.
Villa consists of two levels, featuring contemporary style - very light and airy interiors combined with spacious outdoor areas. The property accommodates up to 8 guests.
At guests’ service, there is a large living room with fireplace on the ground level. It is linked to an open plan kitchen, which comes with full range of cooking appliance, crockery and utensils. Dining table sits 10 persons. For entertainment, there is a flat screen TV available and wireless internet access. This level opens to a large covered terrace with dining area.
There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms in the house – three of them have a double bed, fourth room has twin beds. Guests share 2 bathrooms.
Garden’s highlight is a newly built swimming pool with tiled spacious deck, complemented with sunbeds. For alfresco dining guests can find well-equipped barbeque area with traditional oven and dining set.
