Villa stands next to the road that leads to the old capital of Skiathos (Kastro) and due to its hilltop location provides amazing uninterrupted views over the island. The nearest restaurant can be found within 2,5 km away from the property, while the nearest beach is in 1,5 km. The villa is perfectly set for those who want to get away from it all and at the same time remaining in a convenient and accessible location. Car hire suggested for most comfort.
Villa measures around 115 sq. m. and can accommodate maximum of 8 persons. It consists of two levels with main entrance on the upper floor. There is an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with satellite channels and sofa by the fireplace. Patio doors open onto the main terrace, partially shaded with equipped barbeque area, outdoor dining furniture, overlooking the beach and the sea. The terrace is complemented by a large swimming pool facing the sea, with sun loungers and umbrellas for rest. Ideal place for all day relaxation, and in the evening you can enjoy the most breathtaking sunsets view offered by the island.
At guests disposal there are 4 bedrooms. 1 Master bedroom has a queen and private bathroom with shower, the other 3 guest rooms feature one queen or 2 single beds, sharing 1 common bathroom.
Villa is fully equipped and furnished for self-catered stay with modern appliances, laundry and cooking facilities. Being located away from noisy resorts, the villa provides absolute privacy and security, so that it is perfect for travelling with kids.
