SKT031 Villa accommodates up to 7 guests and consist of 2 bedrooms, located on the first floor. Each one has a queen size bed, private balcony and shared bathroom.
Stairs lead down to the ground floor. There is a large living room with a fireplace and comfortable sofa (convertible to a double bed), TV and DVD player. Open plan kitchen-dining area has all necessary equipment for meals-preparation. Same floor hosts 1 more bathroom with tub. Villa has also has a spacious terrace of 90 sq. m. with access to a private swimming pool (4,5 x 7 m). Sun loungers and umbrella complement the pool to relax and sunbath, while enjoying amazing sea views.
SKT032 Villa of 45 sq. m., suitable for a family of 7 or two couples.
On the ground floor, there is a large sitting area incorporated with a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. Wireless internet access, TV and DVD facilities provided. Sofa converts to a double bed if necessary. In addition, you can find 1 bathroom here.
On the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms at guests’ disposal (both with double beds), 1 bathroom and seaview balconies.
Outdoors, villa has a private pool of 24 sq. m., with sunbeds and umbrella. Additionally, there is a barbeque area available.
SKT033 Villa, which accommodates up to 7 guests with its 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Villa comprises of two levels:
Ground floor with a comfortable lounge, dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge, converted into a double bed if required to accommodate a larger group. Adjoining terrace faces the sea, conveniently furnished with sun loungers and has a private swimming pool for ultimate comfort.
First floor has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and a bathroom.
SKT034 is a 43 sq. m. suite facing the sea and neighboring Skopelos island. It is a ground floor studio of unified area with kitchenette, double bed, big bathroom. Large panoramic doors open to the wooden deck in front with private pool of 5,5 x 3 m, maximum depth of 1,6 m. Sunbeds provided. It is a perfect place for a couple, to enjoy their relaxing holidays.
