All three villas feature similar style, being different in number of rooms and floor area, accommodating 4 to 8 guests.
SKT042 The smallest villa of the complex, with 1 bedroom. Maximum it accommodates 4 guests. It is a ground level villa with the entrance leading into spacious living room with comfortable sofas, fireplace – here you can relax when watching TV and extra guests can sleep on the sofa. Next to the lounge is the kitchen, fully equipped with all you may need when cooking, dining set for four persons.
The bedroom features 1 double bed and ensuite bathroom. In addition, there is 1 separate WC at guests’ disposal. Bedroom opens to the garden and one more shaded terrace adjoins the villa on the opposite side offering private swimming pool. Next to the pool is the barbeque area with outdoor dining set.
All the villas are equipped with air-conditioning and central heating for most convenience and outdoors there is a large terrace, complemented with private swimming pool. Around the pool, there are deck chairs and sun loungers around to ensure comfort and relaxation. In addition, each villa has a built-in barbeque oven so that whole family can enjoy alfresco dinner altogether.
Complex’ location is very convenient to start you journey around the island. Rent a car and visit most beautiful beaches, ancient churches and of course, try the Greek traditional delicacies at the local tavernas!
