Located in a quiet area of the eastern coast in Zakynthos, there are two modern villas available for rent. Both villas offer spectacular views of the Ionian Sea and exceptional comforts. Villas stand within 5-10 minutes’ drive away from beaches and good selection of shops and taverns. Both airport and vibrant town of Zante is approximately 10 km away.
Villas are newly built, featuring similar layout and style. Each villa measures 132 sq. m. and accommodates 6 guests. Interiors are very hi-tech and futuristic, yet very cozy, offering modern furniture, spacious rooms and panoramic windows.
On the ground floor, there is an open space area, which incorporates living room with sofas, dining area and a kitchen. For guests’ entertainment, there is a huge flat screen TV, game console available, WIFI internet access provided everywhere. Kitchen has full set of necessary appliances and set of crockery for self-cooking. Alternatively, private chef services could be organized on request. Same level has 1 master bedroom (double bed) with ensuite bathroom with hydromassage tub (also has chromo-therapy function).
Staircase leads up to the first floor with 2 more bedrooms – 1 double, 1 twin-bedded, which share 1 common bathroom.
Each villa boasts private swimming pool of 21 sq. m. and an outdoor Jacuzzi with waterfall. Both pool and Jacuzzi have RGB lightning system, which changes color and creates fantastic feeling. In addition, there is barbeque equipment provided for guests to enjoy open-air meals.
Zakynthos (Zante) island - is one of the most beautiful in Greece, attracting yearly thousands of tourists. Thanks to it numerous sandy beaches with crystal waters, vibrant nightlife and rich historical background you will have the most unforgettable holidays here. Also, when your stay, do not miss the opportunity to visit the Blue Caves and the Shipwreck beach. If lucky enough, you may see the rare sea turtle, known as Caretta Caretta, which chose Zakynthos as its shelter.
