Two newly-built modern villas available for rent in Zakynthos. Villas belong to one private holiday complex, located in the north-west of the island, in a very quiet picturesque area. Although, villas are neighboring, each one is totally independent to guarantee privacy and seclusion. Depending on the party size, you can book them both or just one – suitable for 6 guests each.
Car recommended when staying in order to get to the beaches and villages with shopping and dining. The nearest beach is 4 km away, where you can rent a boat to get to the world famous Navagio shipwreck beach.
Villas feature similar architectural style and design, comprising of two levels with total area of 130 sq. m. Interiors are decorated in warm earthy colors, with stone elements, fully furnished and modernly equipped. Both levels are air-conditioned.
The ground floor includes a large living room, which incorporates the dining room and an open-plan kitchen. Lounge zone has a big sofa by the fireplace, TV and WIFI internet for entertainment. Kitchen is fully equipped with all you may need when cooking - fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven, set of crockery and other cooking utensils. Same floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom (with tub).
Staircase leads up to the first floor, which offers 2 bedrooms with individual bathroom each. The master bedroom has one double bed, the guest rooms comes with 2 single beds. For guests’ comfort, there are ample wardrobes and TV in each room, access to a balcony.
Adjacent to the villa, there is a shaded terrace with outdoor dining set, where guests can enjoy alfresco breakfast. In the garden, each villa has a private swimming pool with stone-paved deck complemented with sunbeds and umbrellas. In addition, there is also an equipped barbeque area at guests’ disposal.
Any of these properties are highly recommended for families with kids to spend their summer in Zakynhos as it has superb location and all contemporary facilities for convenient stay.
