Private villa for rent, with multi-level layout, accommodates up to 14 guests. It stands in one of the most picturesque areas of north Zakynthos, in 30 km from the capital, overlooking the sea. It is built on a hillside among the lush garden, providing peace and seclusion to the guests. The nearest beach is in 3,5 m away, so the car is essential. In the local village, which is in 5 minutes’ drive from the villa, you can find restaurants, bars, cafeterias and minimarkets.
The main staircase lead to the spacious ground floor with dining area and well equipped kitchen. Wide windows open onto a sunny veranda with large dining set and great view of the Ionian Sea and surroundings. From the kitchen, internal wooden stairs bring up a living room with two sitting areas, with TV and fireplace. One of them features traditional Greek stone made sofas with plenty of cushions looking out through French doors on to a balcony and stunning views of the coastline of Zakynthos and the neighboring Kefalonia.
Three of the bedrooms open into the main living room. It is a master bedroom with private dressing room, bathroom (bath & shower) and balcony, facing the swimming pool terrace. Two other bedrooms (with one double or two single beds) share one bathroom with shower, which is accessible via individual doors. One of these bedrooms opens onto the living room verandah.
Basement level houses two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (shower or tub), both with wide doors opening onto terraces. Additional WC is located on this level.
Swimming pool level hosts 2 twin bedrooms, separated by a common lobby. They both share one shower room. Also, there is a utility room on this level.
Outdoors facilities of the villa area mazing. Besides terraces and balconies, adjoin the house, there is a large parking area for few cars, lounge area with a ping-pong terrace. Comfortably cushioned stone sofas stands next to the the ground floors dining area and leads to the shaded barbeque corner. Perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the views. Main feature of the villa is its swimming pool, with large paved deck around, complemented with sunbeds and umbrellas for most comfort.
The capital of the island, Zante, is in 50 minutes’ drive and has numerous dining and shopping options. From the town you can also take a ferry, which departs daily to the Mainland.
